What this app does

A seller tool for the shop you authorize.

Metkolist helps you operate listings in your own Etsy shop. It is not a storefront, not a checkout, and not a tool for other people’s shops.

  • OAuth connection to the seller’s own Etsy shop
  • Import and sync listings from that authorized shop
  • Edit titles, descriptions, tags, photos, and variants
  • Bulk edit listing fields
  • Publish or schedule updates back to Etsy
  • Optional AI listing-copy suggestions for the seller’s own products, applied only after seller approval

We only access shops the seller authorizes.

We do not scrape other Etsy shops or public listings for unrelated use.

Checkout stays on Etsy.

Clear limits on how we use Etsy.

  • Change, bypass, or imitate Etsy checkout
  • Move buyers off Etsy
  • Collect listings from shops the seller has not authorized
  • Sell or share Etsy API access with third parties
  • Use Etsy member content to train models or resell that content

How it works

Three steps, one shop.

    Connect your Etsy shop

    Authorize Metkolist with OAuth so we can access only the shop you own or are permitted to manage.

  2. 02

    Import and edit listings

    Bring your listings into Metkolist. Update titles, descriptions, tags, photos, and variants — one at a time or in bulk.

  3. 03

    Publish or schedule to Etsy

    Send approved updates back to your Etsy shop now, or schedule them. Buyers still check out on Etsy.

What we process, and why.

Data

Shop identity and listing content (titles, descriptions, tags, photos, variants, and related listing fields) within the scopes you authorize.

Purpose

Provide listing management for the authorizing shop owner: import/sync, edit, bulk edit, and publish/schedule to Etsy, plus optional AI copy suggestions.

AI

If you use AI suggestions, we process your own listing data to draft copy for your products. We do not use Etsy member content to train models, and we do not resell that content. Suggestions go live only after you approve them.
